Project Overview

This project is a collection of templates created for Freepik, designed to simulate a wellness brand. The project envisions a series of wellness events inspired by symbolic places — Smyrna, Virtus, Krokos — evoking a deep connection with nature and the spirituality of the body in motion.

The visual identity is structured as a flexible graphic system, designed to be applied across both digital (social media, stories, ads) and print materials (posters, flyers, schedules). The creative direction embraces a minimal aesthetic with natural, calming tones that communicate wellness, awareness, and inclusivity.

Objectives

The collection was designed to address a dual target: communication studios and creative agencies seeking visual identities aligned with current wellness branding trends — boho style, which favor minimal aesthetics, natural color palettes, and inclusive visual storytelling — to offer their clients in the wellness sector, such as yoga studios, holistic spaces, and independent businesses aiming to stand out through a cohesive, elegant, and accessible visual identity.

Concept

The visual concept is based on a symbolic and modular language, where the human body is abstracted into stylized forms and repeated yoga poses become graphic patterns. The illustrations were custom-designed to convey balance, ritual, and calm through a minimal, adaptable aesthetic.

In a deliberate break from wellness stereotypes, the bodies depicted are fat — a conscious, inclusive choice that challenges the visual norm equating wellness with thinness, and positions the project with a strong, values-driven identity.

Session names draw from imaginary places and botanical symbols, reinforcing a sense of grounded, nature-inspired experience. Keywords such as balance, inclusivity, rhythm, and organic flow guided the creative direction throughout.

Design

At the core of the visual system are custom-designed illustrations that reinterpret yoga poses as stylized, graphic forms with strong visual impact. Their repetition creates textured patterns that reinforce the project’s identity and establish a recognizable symbolic language.

The color palette draws inspiration from earth and nature, blending tones like clay, sage, and terracotta. These choices evoke a sense of calm, authenticity, and connection to the environment, helping to define an organic visual tone.

The typographic system combines Italiana — an elegant, sculptural serif for titles — with Inter, a rational and highly legible sans-serif for body text. The pairing creates a dynamic contrast that supports a refined yet accessible brand identity. All fonts used in the project are available on Google Fonts, making the templates fully accessible and easy to edit across platforms.

The overall composition follows a modular logic, based on flexible grids and rhythmic repetition. Each asset — from posters and flyers to social media content — is designed to ensure visual consistency and adaptability, while maintaining a clear, structured, and easily recognizable layout.
